Honda’s exports from Thailand in 2006 reached Baht 85,000 million, up 30 percent over 2005. In 2007 exports are expected to hit Baht 100,000 million, up 17 percent over this year.
As Honda’s Asia-Oceania regional headquarters, Thailand will play an increasingly important role.
Honda is positively considering Thailand’s eco-car project.
