Kanga Loaders Stay Local Thanks To Digga
April 24, 2009 - Honda congratulates Kanga on their outstanding display at the recent Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA) Convention, which was held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
As part of their stand Kanga displayed the top selling ‘7 series’ loader as well as the ‘Kanga Kid’ - both powered by Honda.
“Kanga make quality products and their loaders are the most respected in the hire and rental industry. I’m really pleased that they’re now part of Digga, a world-class Australian company,” said Peter Singleton, OEM Manager of Honda Australia.
“It makes sense to have a premium product, powered by our premium engine, with such a great brand.”
“We’re looking forward to a bright future with Digga, and we’re glad to see the manufacturing of Kanga Loaders staying local.”
“Kanga Loaders are one of the stars of our Green and Gold campaign, which we use to connect buyers with locally manufactured products that have been built and tested for Australia’s tough conditions. Customers have probably seen the TV ad with David Boon driving the Kanga.”
“We’re looking forward to seeing the Kanga product line grow, and we even have some exciting things of our own to bring to the relationship later in the year!”
Both the Kanga Kid - powered by Honda’s GXV530 engine - and the ‘7 series’ loaders - powered by Honda’s GX670 engine - have proven extremely popular in the hire and rental market due to their reliability and ROI.
