To be in the running for One (1) Family Fun Sea World Holiday, read the following:
Entry into the competition can be made by purchasing any of following Honda Fun Bike between Friday 1 May 2009 and Friday 31 July 2009:

Entry is Automatic with your details (name, address, email, & contact numbers) submitted by the Honda Dealer at the time of Purchase. The prize is final, not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By accepting entry into this competition, your name, number, address, email, & contact numbers, you are also opting into Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment marketing database and will receive regular offers and promotions. You may opt–out of this marketing database by following the instructions contained in any of the promotional emails you receive from Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment.

Conditions Of Entry

Entry is limited to all Honda Motorcycles & Power Equipment PTY LTD customers.
Prize details:

One (1) Family Fun Prize (2 adults and 2 children, up to 13 years of age) which includes:

1. 5 nights accommodation at Sea World Resort & Water Park in a superior room
2. Entry to Warner Bros. Movie World
3. Entry to Sea World 
4. Entry Australian Outback Spectacular
5. 4 Economy Class Tickets from your Nearest Capital City to the Gold Coast

 

The total prize value is approximately $4,000.00 including GST as at 23 March 2009.
Promotion commences Friday 1 May 2009; entries close at 22:00pm Friday 31 July 2009.

Draw details: The competition will be drawn at Honda Motorcycles & Power Equipment Head Office on Monday 3 August 2009 at 10.00am. The major prize winner will be notified my Email and Telephone and published on www.hondamotorcycles.com.au. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable in full or in part.

Should the winner of the Draw not claim their prize within three calendar months of the Draw (2, November 2009), the re-draw shall occur at the same venue at a time and date notified in writing to the remaining entrants. The re-draw shall be conducted under the same terms and conditions as the original Draw.

Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner.

The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the personal information they submit with their entry – being entered into the Promoter’s marketing database to be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
